LOCATION - Lat 35°12'22.0", long 80°48'21.0" referenced to North American Datum of 1983, Mecklenburg County, NC, Hydrologic Unit 03050103, Co located with site 0214643860 Briar Cr Bl Edwards Branch Near Charlotte, NC.
REVISIONS HISTORY - On October 01, 2023, the rain gage was moved from Chantilly Elementary School and co located with 0214643860 Briar Creek bl Edwards Branch stream gage site.  The station name was updated accordingly to CRN-66 Raingage at Briar Creek Bl Edwards Branch which was originally CRN-66 Raingage at Chantilly Elementary School.
CLIMATOLOGICAL RECORDS

INSTRUMENTATION - Tipping-bucket raingage and electronic datalogger. Radio telemetry at station.
REMARKS - Gage is operated as part of Charlotte/Mecklenburg Rainfall Runoff Network.
